Our social value team may be small, but we are big in passion and bold with positive change. Our mission is to work tirelessly with our communities to harness disadvantaged young talents and to provide them with training and wellbeing support.

We believe that by following social values and considering our activities holistically, we can create wider economic, social and environmental effects for good. By doing this, we can create long-term benefits for disadvantaged individuals, communities and society as a whole.

We know that some people face more challenges than others and we want to do our bit to redress the balance. Over the years we have been fortunate enough to work with those who shared our mission such as Inspired Lewisham, Industrial Dwellings Society, Up Projects, Lewisham Council, Family Sangha and Sport England to deliver ideas and support to those who are most in need.
our training
Provide training, mindfulness support and advice to disadvantaged young people, who are interested in seeking a career in the creative industry. We’ve focused on supporting and harnessing these young talents to encourage them to boost their skillset in new and existing areas; therefore bringing new employment prospects and economic regeneration and growth to the area.
